Update....

With CJ's cello blaring already this morning I am happy to report that I have been texting already with Brian this morning and everyone there is just waking up and all are safe.

Daylight should bring additional information on the damage, but it sounds like the storm surge might not have been as bad as they thought because the storm turned to the north, but...the winds were worse then they thought.

But all is well...

For those watching the news, my brother said this morning their house is less then 1/2 mile from Clear Lake and about a mile from Kemah, so if you see any of these two cities in the news you know where his house is at.

This morning the weather channel showed boats in a parking lot in Clear Lake so let's hope that is not an indication of what is yet to come.
