This picture is for Shannon who had me laughing so hard last night because she can't understand why I would buy a chicken and roast it myself when you can buy an already roasted chicken in the store for the same price.

You can't beat this nice golden brown crispy skin....I know it is BAD...but a TINY bit followed up by a run from hell the next day at the gym makes it okay.

CJ and Connor told me "It was the best pork in the world." last night. Too bad it wasn't pork...it was "the other white meat".
